Unified Communication Engineer with English

Join our dynamic and innovative client's team in Bulgaria, providing support to one of the leading global logistics providers based in Germany. As a Unified Communications Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing the Cisco UC infrastructure to ensure seamless communication and collaboration for their esteemed client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) infrastructure including configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of VoIP solutions;
• Provide technical assistance and support to clients and internal teams, utilizing Cisco's Technical Assistance Center (TAC) resources effectively to resolve issues promptly;
• Implement and integrate various unified communication technologies such as voice, video, messaging, and collaboration tools within the existing network environment;
• Monitor system performance, conduct regular assessments, and optimize configurations to ensure optimal functionality and reliability of unified communication systems;
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Generate regular reports on system performance and suggest improvements;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including network engineers, system administrators, and IT support staff to ensure seamless integration and operation of unified communication solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in administering Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and related technologies;
• Proficiency in troubleshooting complex VoIP issues and familiarity with Cisco TAC procedures;
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.);
• Cisco certifications such as CCNA Collaboration or CCNP Collaboration preferred;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment;
• Proficiency in German language is advantageous.
