On behalf of one of our clients we are looking for Customer success manager ICT Industry to join their team.

What you will be doing:

  • Overall responsibility to drive sustainable business growth at designated ICT accounts
  • Prepare and execution of mid- to long-term account growth plan, incl. revenue targets, tailor made value packages, brand awareness initiatives, trusted and deep collaborations
  • Act as a primary contact person for all customer enquiries
  • Organize effective account relationship management and establish clear retention goals and process milestones for the client
  • Identify opportunities for direct engagements
  • Create strong market pull and support the development of communication and marketing concepts with leading technology players
  • Handle escalation inquiries and resolve them in a mutually beneficial way
  • Maintain a fundamental understanding of the industry solutions within the DIGITALL portfolio and promote the best fitting based on the customer situation
  • Work closely with Sales, Delivery, Legal and Financial departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience and take care of any customer issues
  • Assist customers as needed with setting up and navigating programs or software associated with a product or service
  • Identify and prioritize product/service updates that reflect customer requests, industry, market and competitor trends and report to key stakeholders.


  • At 5+ years of experience in the ICT industry related to Account Management, Consulting, Business Development, Sales or related field.
  • Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
  • Technical skills required, as they relate for the use of the product to service to be solid
  • Accountability and personal organization are essential
  • Experience in managing a diverse groups and proven ability to maintain highly valuable and outcome-based relationships with a diverse customer account base
  • Ability to establish milestones and keep tracking
  • Proven experience building strong customer relationships and efficiently communicating internal and external voices.
  • Deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed
  • Previous experience growing, scaling, training and supervising a CSM team is a plus
  • Strong German language skills will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt conversations for technical and non-technical audiences.
