Validation Engineer

For a client of ours - a Japanese company that develops an R&D center in the sphere of Automotive, we are looking for an experienced Validation engineer. 

In this role, you will be part of a team of professionals who are passionate about validation. You will manage the validation and testing process. You will do a lot of multitasking and organization for the current and upcoming projects. You will communicate with laboratories and will have a detailed eye on the processes.

Job Responsibilities
- Analyze customer specifications, OEM, and International standards related to the product;
- Build the validation plan and the validation test plan;
- Build the validation offer based on the validation test plan and internal or external laboratories;
- Define with the test engineers the test set-up of the validation batches;
- Organize and follow up on tasks and schedules of the validation activities;
- Work in relation with the customer for technical added value, respecting project rules set by the Program manager;

Requirements for the role:
- University degree in science or engineering;
- 2+ years experience within the automotive industry
- Excellent knowledge of design and development processes with a specialty in hardware, software, and test;
- Background in the field of design and development;
- Good computer skills (general purpose and specialized quality software);
- Knowledge of Intermediate Business level of English
