On behalf of one of our clients, we are currently looking for a Hardware Team Lead to join the company.


Responsibilities:

Manage a team of talented automotive hardware engineers;
Plan and manage development in accordance with business requirements, including Documentation;
Lead and coordinate internal and external meetings;
Define the Hardware architecture;
Provide technical guidance and support for the Hardware development team;
Research and establish good practices within the development process and assimilating new technologies;
Maintain high standards of quality hardware development;
Promote professional growth of teammates and identify areas for work improvements;;
Collaborate with the other departments;
Participate in various staff management activities such as training, recruitment, performance evaluation etc.



Requirements:

Bachelor or Masters degree in Electronics, Automation, Computer Science, or in an equivalent field;
4+ years of hardware experience;
1 + years experience of leading engineering teams;
Good level of understanding of automotive processes (IATF, ISO 26262, ISO 21434 )
Proven experience in Hardware development;
Experience working with power electronics;
Experience in working on multidisciplinary products, combining software and hardware;
Experience with high-power drivers;
Experience in team management;
Good managerial and cross-cultural communication skills;
Dedication and loyalty;
Good written and verbal communication skills in English;
Experience with HV and LV Inverters and configuration is considered a big advantage.
