On behalf of one of our clients we are looking for Financial controller (Accounting department) to join their team.

What you will be doing:

  • Assists the accounting company TMF for the proper and timely accounting of the Company.
  • Responsible for the monthly reporting of the results to the corporate department for consolidation of the reports.
  • Assists the regional and corporate departments in the introduction and testing of new, improved consolidation systems. Assists in shortening the reporting deadlines for corporate finance.
  • Manages and organizes the document flow of the company, organizes and carries out preliminary, current, and subsequent internal financial control over the observance of the financial and payment policies and procedures of the Company.
  • Prepares a report and cash flow plan. Controls and monitors the cash flow and collection of receivables to provide the necessary financial resources with which the company can operate.
  • Provides management with accurate, correct, and timely financial information and analysis. Prepares reports on the expenses of the departments, assists in the preparation of the company's report.
  • Performs other specifically assigned tasks related to the position.
  • Responsible for the quality of the work performed.
  • Knows and observes the company rules and procedures provided to him.
  • Follow the recommendations of the company's management team.
  • Bears material responsibility in connection with the protection of the property entrusted to him and accounting responsibility in connection with the entrusted goods and materials and money entrusted to him.
  • To observe the rules for healthy and safe working conditions approved in the company.
  • Responsible for compliance with fire safety rules.
  • To be loyal to the employer, not abusing his trust and not disseminating confidential information about him, as well as to keep the good name of the employer.


  • Higher education, bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years previous experience in the field of Finance
  • Knowledge of regulation acts in the field of financial activity, accounting and internal financial control, normative acts related to tax and social security legislation, the main provisions of labor and civil legislation
  • SAP experience
  • English language skills, computer skills including MS Office applications
