A client of ours a Bulgarian satellite television, internet & mobile operator is looking for a System Administrator to join their team of professionals in the sphere of telecommunication.

Main responsibilities:

Integration and maintenance of server systems;

Taking care of the security and reliability, productivity, the trouble-free operation of servers and business systems;

Monitoring, planning, and proactively implementing improvements, upgrades, optimizations, software updates and upgrades

Taking care of the security and the database archive;

Integration and maintenance of web servers, software firewalls, VPN systems, and other key supporting infrastructures

Key requirements:

University degree in Information Technology or similar field and/or the relevant qualification and experience;

Excellent knowledge of Linux OS and min 2 years of practical experience in server administration;

Knowledge in web server administration (Apache, NGINX), IP tables, OpenVPN, VMWare/KVM, PostgreSQL db/MySQL is an advantage;

Knowledge in the administration of Windows OS, Google Cloud, and Google Workspace and/or an interest in developing into these areas of competence;

Should have the desire to learn new technologies

Should be a communicative team player.
