On behalf of one of our clients, a New International Manufacturing Company starting production in Ruse, we are currently looking for HR Manager to join their team.

We are looking for a person with strong communication skills, ready to continuously develop and improve the company culture.

What you will be doing:

• Drive the development and management of employee life-cycle programs, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding;

• Ensure compliance with employment practices, comps, and benefits, insurance, safety, and applicable laws, and regulations;

• Implement different HR procedures in the organization;

• Create and follow corrective action plans.

Ideally, your skills will include:

• Fluency in English;

• Experience in a similar position at a manufacturing company;

• Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems;

• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources;

• A strong team-player spirit that thrives in a fast-paced environment;

• Have strong time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure;

• Knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, interests, and learning and motivation.
