We are seeking enthusiastic individual to join the international team of one of our clients as a HR Manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Build up and make sure the HR policies/procedures comply with latest legislation as well as having suitable policies for the business;
- Ensure human resources through professional TA so as to support business development by timely, efficiency and quality manner;
- Ensure the accuracy of monthly salary and social welfare payment;
- Ensure companys salary and compensation system be updated with market situation and manage communication process;
- Set up talent development plan with management team including career development, training, promotion, high potential programs;
- Set up performance management process and facilitate the implementation;
- Manage all current and past personnel information ensuring accuracy of employee information at all times;
- Coach and counsel managers, supervisors and employees on employee related issues providing advice as required;
- Manage introduction of new hire and implement exit interviews when employee leaves and employees transfer, etc.
- Organizing events and employee activities, be the key person of external marketing & communications;
- Manage and develop the HR & Admin team ensuring they provide a professional and high quality support service to the business;
- Establishment of employee communication platform and enhance employee relationship;
- Be responsible for admin. management;
- Keep contacts with the management and complete all kinds of work reports accurately and timely;
- Other assignments by superior.
Knowledge and experience required:
- At least 5-8 years of working experiences as HR Manager;
- Familiar with Bulgarian Local Labour Law & Regulations;
- Good command of English communication and computer applications;
- Bachelors degree majored in management, law, psychology, human resource management or equivalent and major in human resource management is preferred;
- Proactive, good team work spirit;
- Customer oriented;
- Self-management & good learning ability;
- Problem solving and risk management skills.
