HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to help our client grow.

What You' ll Do

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Coordinate and manage employee onboarding and orientation programs
• Administer and enhance the performance management system, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback
• Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to track key performance indicators
• Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, performance management, and conflict resolution
• Manage employee benefits administration
• Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
  

What You Need To Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in human resources management in a high-performance environment
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well in a dynamic setting
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and time-management skills
• Excellent writing skills and fluency in English
