Inside Account Representative with English
We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our rapidly growing sales team in Las Vegas.
As part of our team , you will play a vital role in converting Marketing Qualified Leads and cold addresses into real sales opportunities. Your work will be a cornerstone in driving sales success and will involve close collaboration with our CEO, sales, and marketing teams.
The seller must be available for chat sessions, including phone calls or other real-time communication, between 5:00 PM and 11:00 PM EEST, ideally a few times a week. This schedule ensures optimal coverage across the entire US territory.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage, qualify, and develop new prospects and existing leads (both inbound and outbound) to produce qualified opportunities.
- Interact with and qualify prospects via phone and digital communication across omnichannel platforms.
- Understand and communicate the value of IT solutions and business process optimization.
- Maintain detailed activity and prospect notes in a CRM to ensure effective pipeline management.
- Align prospect challenges with the offered solutions and services.
- Consistently meet lead quotas to achieve revenue objectives.
- Develop and deliver high-value presentations and product demonstrations.
- Provide market insights and feedback to direct management to optimize processes and communication.
- Collaborate closely with GLIMPSITs Account Team to create valid forecasts and revenue projections.
Requirements
- Proven experience in engaging with senior business contacts.
- Prior experience working towards sales targets.
- A solid understanding of the IT industry.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Highly energetic, proactive, and innovative individual.
- Proficiency in English.
