Logistics Coordinator

On behalf of one of our clients we are looking for Logistics Coordinator to join their team.

What you will be doing:

• Overseeing supply chain operations from issuing orders until shipments arrival;
• Order processing through continuous communication with warehouse, operations, and Planning;
• Operating international support shipments (Drop, import, Export);
• Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity while analyzing and optimizing procedures;
• Issue weekly reports, reflecting order statuses & financial aspects;
• Troubleshooting in ordering processes and derivation of possibilities for enhancement;
• Coordinating all reverse logistics issues from RMA inquiries to the shipping process.

Requirements:

• BA in Business Administration or general field;
• Excellent English;
• 2-3 Years experience in an administrative role;
• Individual and team player, attention to details;
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), CRM and ERP applications;
• Highly organized, hard worker, and process-oriented;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Experience in logistics International shipping, RMA (reverse logistics).
