Embedded Software Team Lead

On behalf of one of our clients, we are currently looking for an Embedded Software Team Lead to join the company.


Requirements:

Proven Team management experience;
Excellent knowledge of design and development processes in Software design for EV Invertors and motor control applications in the automotive industry;
Expertise in programming languages such as C, C++, and assembly language for microcontrollers and embedded systems;
In-depth knowledge of embedded systems architecture, real-time operating systems, and low-level hardware/software interactions;
High level of experience with automotive software development processes ASPICE, functional safety at the Software level (ISO 26262) and cyber security at the project level (ISO 21434);
Experience with automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet), AUTOSAR, and automotive-embedded software frameworks;
Proficiency in software development tools, version control systems, and debugging tools commonly used in embedded systems;
Knowledge in high voltage power electronics design;
Knowledge of EMI, EMC and ESD;
Proven task spread and team planning capabilities;
