Who are we looking for?

We seek an adaptable and articulate professional who excels in seamlessly overseeing the delivery of our comprehensive IT services and solutions. As a Help Desk Administrator, you will be responsible about daily monitoring, modification, testing, documentation, and problem resolution of operating systems, servers, and other hardware/software. This role ensures providing technical assistance to users who experience IT related issues.

What your responsibilities are going to be?

  • Communicate using phone, e-mail, and in-person, providing technical support for our clients either remotely or in-person
  • Reproduce, diagnose, and resolve technical problems encountered by clients
  • Accurately log the support provided and time taken in the service desk software
  • Ability to travel to clients sites to provide technical support and hardware installations
  • Document solutions to the technical problem experienced in our internal knowledge base
  • Work with the team to maintain our clients documentation

What qualifications are needed?

  • Degree in Computer System and Technologies or related area
  • Minimum 1+ years of work experience in similar IT role
  • Recent Microsoft certification, such as AZ-104, MS-102, SC-300, or equivalent experience with the commitment to gain a Microsoft Associate certificate within 6 months
  • Excellent working knowledge of Windows Desktop operating systems (Windows 10 and 11)
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office 365 administration and configuration (Exchange Online, Office Online Apps, OneDrive for Business, and Teams)
  • Good understanding of WAN and LAN communications (switches, firewalls, and routers)
  • Experience troubleshooting both hardware and software issues
  • Experience with Microsoft networking environment and troubleshooting operations
  • Excellent verbal and written communications in Bulgarian and English
  • Excellent customer service skills
