Requirements:

• Leadership Skills:

• Proven experience leading a team of developers, providing mentorship, and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Ability to manage project timelines, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Strong decision-making skills, with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.

• Technical Expertise:

• Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Comprehensive understanding of the mobile development life cycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
• Proficiency in the Flutter framework and Dart, with a track record of building cross-platform mobile applications.
• In-depth knowledge of mobile application architecture for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs, managing asynchronous operations, and handling data serialization.
• Skilled in designing intuitive UIs and ensuring adherence to usability principles for optimal user experience.
• Familiarity with state management solutions like Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests, with strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in setting up CI/CD pipelines for automating build, test, and deployment processes.
• Expertise in performance optimization techniques and integrating third-party libraries and APIs.

• Scrum Master Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of Agile principles and the ability to coach the team in Agile methodologies.
• Experience in removing impediments and fostering a productive and efficient working environment.
• Ability to collaborate closely with product owners to ensure the team delivers value in alignment with the business goals.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to mediate discussions and keep the team focused on goals.
