We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist on behalf of one of our clients, a company that offers Software-Defined Connectivity (SDC) solutions - fully designed and built for IoT services.

About this role

Your responsibilities:

• Support the elements for our core network 3/4/5G and billing.
• Working on demos with clients
• VMs installation, work with Dockers and Kubernetes
• Working with the networking department on client installation
• Adheres to engineering best practices.
• Testing with the dev team
• Observe security standards in terms of DPIA, ISO27001

Experience and skills:

• Knowledge of core network in Telecom
• Networking experience VPNs, AWS
• Advantage is experience with Jira
• Advantage is experience with monitoring systems
• Excellent communication skills: Capable of explaining technical issues and successes to other members of the team and the clients.
• Creating documentation: We follow a strict documentation process
• Improvement focus: Have a proven ability to learn new technologies and put these into practice.
• Creative thinker: Working with other technical stakeholders to define innovative data solutions, explore new technologies, and coach the squad in their implementation.
• Mandatory: Have a proven ability to learn new technologies and put these into practice.
• Mandatory: Actively participated in team strategy setting sessions.
• Preferred: Telecom domain experience.
