On behalf of one of our client, we are currently looking for Procurement Specialist with Dutch to join their team.
What you will be doing:
• Working on all purchase requisition requests coming directly through site managers;
• Request for Shopping carts come via email along with specific documentation as per policy;
• Validate the received request along with documents against a check list. If vendor exist;
• Opens the weekly report checks the accuracy of information;
• Follow up of parked/blocked is done and regular reminders are sent to sites managers in order that they approve GR or provide feedback if problem;
• Perform data analysis;
Ideally, your skills will include:
• Fluent in Dutch and English language (both written and verbal)
• Good knowledge in MS-Office;
• Experience in logistics related role or customer interaction role;
• Experience on Purchasing/ Planning, Fleet and Transactions will be considered an advantage;
• Good Analytical skills and also the ability to think and solve problems;
• Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills;
