On behalf of one of our clients, we are currently looking for Back Office Specialist to join their team.

What you will be doing:

  • Prepare analysis and data reports;
  • Provide promo materials and administrative support;
  • Communicate and provide information related to other departments;
  • Working with external stakeholders;
  • Participate in other Sales team projects and activities;
  • Support the team in executing their daily duties.

Ideally, your skills will include:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Finance, Business statistics or similar;
  • Up to 2 years of experience on a similar position;
  • Experience with sales reports and data;
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken;
  • Advanced in Excel Pivot tables, VLOOKUP and others;
  • Analytical thinking;
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills;
  • Excellent communication & teamwork skills.
