On behalf of one of our clients,a successful fintech company,we are currently looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join their team.

What You will Do:

• Work closely with Hiring Managers to scope roles and develop sourcing strategies;
• Manage the entire hiring process end-to-end;
• Design and implement an effective, systematic recruitment process that meets the needs of each open position and the overall goals of the company;
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
