Recruitment Specialist with German and French We are seeking for our newly starting project for Swissport a Recruitment Specialist with German and French with a comprehensive understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition and branding. The role requires managing handling recruitment administrative tasks, supporting the recruitment and selection process, and maintaining candidate records.

Responsibilities:

· Support recruitment processes from job posting to selection;

· Active candidate sourcing and publishing on LinkedIn;

· Application system management;

· Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment activities;

· Carrying out telephone interviews;

· Facilitate communication between candidates, recruitment specialists, and HR management and units;

· Maintain up-to-date and accurate candidate records;

· Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and Swiss employment laws;

· Provide administrative support to the recruitment team;

· Handle recruitment-related queries and provide timely assistance.

Qualifications:

· Bachelors degree in HR, BA, Psychology, Philology or related field is an advantage;

· A minimum of 1 year of experience in a recruitment role or HR administrative role, preferably within a large organization.

· Fluency in German and French;

· Good command in English;

· Excellent organizational and communication skills

· Experience working remotely and managing recruitment tasks efficiently.

· Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

· Effective interpersonal skills with a focus on providing excellent candidate experience.
