Our client is an IT service provider with a mission to digitalize the core business of the leading auditor member firms and their clients. They employ more than 400 people in Sofia and deliver the full spectrum of IT services to their clients, including SAP solutions, Software Engineering, Application & Platform Operations, Cloud, and Infrastructure.

The role:

Within their Cloud Services Unit in Sofia, they are now building a new Cloud Security Consulting team empowered to deliver enhanced services for Cloud Platforms for countries such as the UK, Germany, and Nordics among others.

They are looking for enthusiastic professionals with a strong focus on Cloud and Security, willing to step in and lead the regional approach that will enable the key member firms to address the investment of clients in many European countries for cloud services & infrastructure (Azure, AWS, M365 & IAM) and therefore digitalized services, cloud transformation, and IoT.

Your responsibilities:

  • Support in the implementation and configuration of cloud solutions based on defined specifications and designs.
  • Participate in pre-sales customer engagements by providing technical insights.
  • Assist in the optimization of Azure workloads and landing zones to ensure security and risk minimization.
  • Perform Cloud Security Controls Assessments and Compliance tasks under the guidance of a senior architect or team lead.
  • Contribute to the implementation of Cloud Security Governance through Guardrails and Policies.
  • Support in setting up Azure native or hybrid Security Monitoring.
  • Document and share best practices, blueprints, and guidelines to be used in future projects and by other consultants.

What you bring in:

  • General understanding of Identity and Access Management.
  • Basic experience in technical security and compliance deployment projects.
  • Basic understanding of an Identity Management provider solution.
  • A basic understanding of Microsoft Defender for Cloud, and Azure Sentinel is required.
  • Familiarity with the Zero Trust concept and its integration with Azure.
  • Experience with at least one key security technology such as Network security (Firewalls, WAF, etc.), SIEM, Endpoint and Email security, PKI, etc. is a plus.
  • Eager to learn new technologies and concepts. Prior certification is a plus, but not a requirement. We provide the necessary time and resources for obtaining relevant certifications.
  • Service Management experience is a plus.
  • A basic understanding of DevSecOps principles is a plus.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and concepts.
  • Fluent communication skills in English.
