Global Process Manager

We are looking for a Process Manager to join the Global Organizational Development team at an automotive company newly established in Sofia, with nearly a decade of experience in manufacturing lighting systems for premium cars.

Please note that this role is not a leadership position but is solely focused on building processes during the business transition.

Responsibility:

  • Ensuring a proper and neutral initial conception for new processes (till concept readi-ness)
  • Acting as a neutral driver for cross-functional process- and structure developments and changes

Process Management

  • Cross-processual and cross-department process design & creation till concept readi-ness (initial conception until takeover and implementation by process owner)
  • Consider internal, IATF- and ISO- requirements (considering also legal requirements if applicable) during initial creation of processes
  • Support process owners and process managers in their responsibility for defining and implementing effective and efficient processes within the Integrated Management System
  • Content-related quality check of each process change according to internal Process Management requirements & standards
  • Define requirements and standards for process and process management

Process Mapping & Alignment

  • Cross-processual alignment of core processes
  • Moderation and mediation (provide a platform for cross-processual and cross-department discussion about processes)

Superordinated Process Design / Creation

  • Cross-processual and cross-department process design & creation (till concept readi-ness)
  • Superordinated Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization
  • Cross-processual and cross-department process optimization based on internal per-formance feedback loop, changed environmental framework, process assessments and audit feedback (external/internal)


Requirements profile

  • Higher education (University and/or college of higher education, minimum Bachelors degree) or long-term working experience in similar position
  • Knowledge of Q-Methods (automotive core tools)
  • Advanced Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 45001
  • Understanding of automotive processes and technologies
  • Training in process management (e.g. (S)PcM certification)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Strong soft skills such as communication, facilitation, mediation and conflict management
