Senior Manual QA Engineer

For a client of ours - a global leader in the smart energy technology sector, we are looking for an experienced Manual QA Engineer to join their engineering R&D team. 

Role Overview

As part of the QA team, you will be involved throughout the development lifecycle of the company's development team with a focus on planning and execution of test cases for the new features and participation in regression testing. Your day-to-day activities will include the creation of test cases, testing, defect reporting, and verification, and participation in requirements reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning product features test plans and test descriptions;
• Functional, usability, and regression test case development;
• Documenting software defects and tracking them through resolution;
• Regular feedback on the status of quality.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in testing complex Web and Client/Server applications;
• Knowledge of test methodologies and techniques;
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
• Experience in developing test cases based on requirements;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Familiarity with version control systems;
• SQL knowledge;
• Fluent English;
• Knowledge of coding languages.
