Data Automation Analyst / Global Sales Operations & Processes

We are seeking an experienced Data Automation Analyst with a focus on VBA, SQL, and RPA to join our client's Global Sales Operations & Processes team in Sofia. Our client is a leading international provider of innovative automotive lighting solutions.
Tasks:
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Develop and maintain data reports and dashboards in Power BI.
- Use SQL and VBA for data extraction, analysis, and automated reporting.
Sales Process Automation with RPA
- Design and implement RPA solutions to automate repetitive tasks.
- Collaborate with teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize workflows.
Data Integration and Management
- Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Support data cleansing and transformation efforts.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Training
- Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Train team members on automation tools and reports.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify process improvements and stay updated on data and RPA technologies.
Qualifications:
Educational Background
- Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., in Power BI, SQL, or RPA tools like UiPath) are a plus.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong VBA skills for automating reports and data processing.
- Experience with Power BI (or similar BI tools) for creating dashboards and data visualizations.
- Knowledge of RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and experience developing and deploying bots.
- Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages is a plus.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Communication and Collaboration Skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Project and Time Management
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Qualities
- A mindset for automation and innovation, staying up-to-date with trends in data analytics and automation.
- Experience with data privacy and compliance standards is beneficial.
