On behalf of one of our clients, we are currently looking for Insurance Operations Agents with German to join their team.

What you will be doing:

• Working on various processes related to motor insurance products;
• Responsible for policy creation, renewals, changes and cancellations of insurance policies based on tickets created by the system or other users;
• Working with a modern core-insurance software system as well as supporting applications;
• Validating the accuracy of data and documents in line with the company's internal policies and work instructions;
• Fostering a culture of cooperation between team members to ensure high professional standards and a positive atmosphere.

Ideally, your skills will include:

• Very good knowledge of German language;
• Good knowledge of English language;
• Knowledge of insurance processes will be considered an advantage;
• Computer literate;
• Attention to detail when working with cases and documentation;
• Teamwork capabilities knowledge sharing, providing/seeking guidance and advice when needed;
• Previous experience in an administrative position will be considered an advantage.
