On behalf of one of our clients we are looking for to Talent Acquisition Specialist join their team.


What you will be doing:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify talent acquisition needs
  • Actively source potential candidates through online channels such as job boards, social platforms, and professional networks, whilst researching and identifying additional sources specifically in new countries.
  • Manage interview and selection process, including screening, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Follow the agreed Talent Acquisition processes to ensure a thorough, consistent, and objective selection process is undertaken with each candidate
  • Maintain and improve the current recruitment process to align with the company as we grow
  • Conduct thorough and fair interviews with potential candidates including briefing them on the interview process and managing their expectations.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand and assist with their recruitment needs
  • Liaise with the Marketing team to create talent attraction initiatives through employer branding.
  • Partner with other HR teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process is undertaken.
  • Maintain contact with new hires to ensure an outstanding candidate and employee experience
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop and maintain accurate job descriptions and job specifications
  • Conduct all background checks on candidates
  • Provide analytical recruiting reports to the team and to hiring managers
  • Foster relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Prepare and send offer letters and contracts.

Requirements:

  • Past experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a fast moving environment. Experience in a Technical environment is a bonus.
  • Experience managing a full recruitment cycle
  • A general understanding of the local labour requirements and an aptitude to learn and research different locations to support remote hires.
  • An in depth knowledge of recruitment tools and resources.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong decision making skills
  • Driven, energetic, approachable and passionate about making a difference
