Our client is an international fintech company with a European banking license, looking for Customer Guide Specialists with French to join their team in Sofia.


Main Responsibilities:

  • First-line quality support, handling tickets that come in via our in-app chat and email;
  • Basic investigating/troubleshooting to arrive at the source of the user’s problem and find a solution;
  • Follow existing company`s processes and knowledge frameworks, and propose improvements if needed;
  • Escalate questions to second line support, and use the assistance provided by the second line as a learning opportunity;
  • Proper documentation and follow-up with users;
  • Adhere to the company’s core principles and policies.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French language;
  • Good command of English language;
  • High computer literacy;
  • Attention to detail.
